Earlier, the ICAI released the schedule for CA Foundation according to which the exams will be held in four sessions divided in four days. Candidates will have the option to opt either English or Hindi language for answering the questions.
According to the CA Foundation exam pattern, there will be no negative marking in the subjective papers – Paper 1 and Paper 2, while negative marking of 0.25 marks will be applicable in objective type Paper 3 and Paper 4. The exam will be conducted in offline mode in the evening shift.

ICAI CA 2022 Exam Day Guidelines
1. Candidates are advised to carry a copy of CA Foundation admit card 2022 and a valid ID card.
2. The candidates should reach exam hall at least 15 minutes before the commencement of exam.
3. Candidates will not be allowed to leave the examination hall till conclusion of the exams.
4. Candidates would be required to submit the question paper along with the OMR answer sheet before leaving the examination hall.
5. Every candidate will have to sign the attendance sheets against his/her roll number and name.
6. Candidates would not be allowed to carry books, written material, smart watches, mobile phones, or any other electronic gadgets inside the examination hall.
