NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is likely to announce the JEE Main Session-I Result 2023 anytime soon. Once released, candidates who appeared for the exam will be able to check and download their result from the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in.
The NTA conducted the JEE Main January Session Exam between January 24 to February 01, 2023. As per the official data, over 9 lakh candidates had registered for JEE Main Session-1. Out of the total 9 lakh candidates, 2.5 lakh were female candidates and over 6 lakh were male candidates.
Over 21000 female candidates and more than 26000 male candidates had registered for JEE Main Paper-2. This year, NTA recorded 95.79% attendance, which is the highest attendance for JEE (Main) Paper-1, ever since the agency started conducting the exam.

NTA on Friday released the provisional JEE Main Answer Key – 2023. Candidates were given to raise objections against the answer key if any. In a new development, NTA on February 03 reopened the application correction window for candidates who wish to edit/modify their State Code of Eligibility and Category in the Online Application Form of JEE (Main) – 2023 Session 1.

Once the JEE Main Result 2023 is announced, candidates can follow the below-mentioned steps to check and download their results.
How to check Main January Session Result 2023?
Step 1. Visit the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in
Step 2. On the homepage, click on the link for JEE Main Result 2023
Step 3. A new page will open, log in using your application number and date of birth
Step 4. Your JEE Main 2023 Result will open on the screen
Step 5. Download and take a printout of the result for future reference.

Candidates may note that the NTA is likely to release the JEE Main Session-1 final answer key along with the result. The Main result and final answer key will be prepared after examining the representations received from the candidates during the objection window.
